Strength: Weak – Easy to cut and sand, however it is weak and easy to break if not re-enforced with another material.Â Easily cut with a box cutter.Â I personally prefer using a jigsaw or bandsaw when cutting odd shapes.Â For long straight cuts, a table saw is perfect.Â A hot wire cutter is also another viable option.
Price: Cheap. Â ~$10 for a 8 foot by 4 foot panel.

Painting: Can be painted with acrylic paint.Â Spray paint will melt it, it is recommended to coat the foam with a sealant such as wood glue.
Toxic: Yes, this stuff is toxic.Â Wear a respirator mask when sanding or cutting with a hot wire cutter.
